For our fourth meeting of the Rotary year 2023-2024, we will be welcoming Joëlle Payom for a lecture on diversity and inclusion. Then we will also catch up about the headings for the Rotaract Care Project.

Joëlle Payom is a dedicated advocate for positive change in the world of work, with a rich background in procurement spanning over 15 years in complex matrix structures. In 2020, she embarked on a transformative journey, shifting gears to establish a business that champions sustainable growth through inclusivity.

🌱 As the visionary behind Rezalliance, a purpose-driven organization dedicated to creating workplace cultures where both businesses and people thrive, she has harnessed her expertise to create a dynamic ecosystem of multidisciplinary and vetted experts that fosters a culture of inclusion while addressing workplace harassment head-on. Her holistic approach empowers organizations to mitigate risks and uphold human integrity, streamlining the path toward positive transformation.

Her expertise and achievements have been featured in various media outlets on television and in newspapers (RTS, Le Temps, La Tribune de Genève). She holds two Master's degrees in business, negotiation, and procurement, along with a leadership certification from INSEAD Management School.

She also serves as a strategic consultant and HR partner for implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies, as well as a speaker, moderator, and workshop facilitator. 📧
