We have the honour to co-host a lecture by Vice-President of Burundi, Dr. Gervais Rufyikiri, with Rotary Club Genève Internationale. He will discuss the governance crisis, ethical dilemmas, role of civil society, climate of fear, role of NGOs, trust in institutions in Burundi. The event will take place in two times : on January 20th and March 7, 2018 at 6:30 pm in the Geneva Center for Security Policy.
