Dr. Manuela Morelli has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management, across all HR areas: from recruitment to administration, performance management and learning and development. She has specialized in talent management, which is her passion. She has started her career in private sector: Adecco, Daimler Chrysler and Kuwait Petroleum. She then moved to United Nations where she has covered a number of different roles in Human Resources across different continents (FAO in Italy, UN Secretariat in NY and Nairobi, UNICEF in Mozambique, WHO in Geneva). Manuela has also worked as HR Specialist for the European Union and Head, Human Resources Planning and Development for the International Telecommunication Union of United Nations. She presently hold the position of Director of Gobal Talent and Organizational Capabilities at SITA, the leading IT company for the air transport industry.
